Adding thermostat wires only (CM,1k,3k,5k) 2 thermostat wires - a new cable has to be ran 3 thermostat wires - a Model 5000 might work if thermostat needs a C, if thermostat doesn't need a C a Model 3000 might work depending on how many other functions are needed. The Model 7000 will not work. 4 thermostat wires - pretty much any fast stat will work, depending on how many more conductor
